French level of trust in the government to control immigration in 2024
According to a survey conducted in February 2024, just a few days after the French Parliament passed the new Immigration Bill, the majority of French people still did not trust the government to effectively control immigration. Indeed, around 77 percent of those surveyed thought that way. On the other hand, only 22 percent of the respondents believed Macron's government was trustworthy.
