At 41.7 percent, Citigroup had the highest share of female executives and seniors, followed by the Bank of America (38 percent) and PNC Financial Services (35.3 percent). The share of female employees on these levels was the lowest at Truist Bank (27.7 percent) and JPMorgan Chase (29 percent).
