Purchase channels of pet food South Korea 2021
According to a survey conducted among South Korean pet owners in 2021, the singular most popular purchase channel for pet food was mail order services via the internet, with around 59.6 percent of respondents using it. Overall however, offline sales channels were more popular, as 78.5 percent of respondents stated to purchase their pet food through offline channels, the most popular of those being supermarkets, pet shops, and animal hospitals.
