Multidimensionally poor and deprived population in education in India 2006-2021
As of 2021, approximately 7.7 percent of the Indian population was multidimensionally poor and deprived in years of schooling. This reflected a lower percentage of population living in multidimensional poverty and deprivation of years of schooling in India.
