The number of employees of the Generali Group generally increased worldwide from 2013 to 2023, albeit with some fluctuation. The Generali Group, headquartered in Trieste, Italy, is a global leader in the insurance and financial products market. The number of employees of Generali increased from 77,185 in 2013 to 81,879 in 2023.
The decrease in the number of employees between 2014 and 2021 was mainly due to specific reorganization projects in the main countries in which the Group operates, as well as the disposal of some Group companies during these years.
