Reasons for U.S. SMEs to not report ransomware incidents to law enforcement 2016

This statistic depicts the most common reasons for SMEs in the United States to not report their most recent ransomware attack to law enforcement as of September 2016. According to the survey, 51 percent of respondents said that they did not report the ransomware attack to avoid the publicity. Another ten percent did not want the attackers to retaliate.
