Denmark: reasons to not return an online purchase 2020

As of the first half of 2020, 17 percent of Danish online shoppers did not return a purchase that they otherwise intended to return. The most common reason, among 36 percent of respondents was not bothering, whereas 34 percent found the process too expensive or found it too difficult to pack the product again.
