Non-household electricity prices in Portugal 2008-2023
Electricity prices for non-household consumers in Portugal saw an overall growth in the past decade and were impacted by the global energy crisis in 2022. However, prices decreased in 2023 when users with an annual consumption between 500 and 2,000 megawatt-hours stood at 10.6 euro cents per kilowatt-hour. Meanwhile, for non-residential consumers with a consumption between 20,000 and 70,000 megawatt-hours per year, prices averaged 8.7 euro cents per kilowatt-hour.
