This statistic shows the results of a survey on British public's attitude towards supermarket pricing strategies following milk price cuts in Great Britain in March 2014. The 'milk price war' began in March 2014 as major retailers including Tesco, Morrisons and Aldi started cutting the price of 4 pint bottles of milk to 1 British pound (GBP) and under. Of survey respondents, 54 percent believe that supermarkets should focus on lowering prices of other products ahead of milk.
