In 2021, for most Poles looking to rent an apartment, the most crucial factor was the rental price. Nearly 90 percent of those surveyed also paid attention to the standard of the apartment they were renting. For more than 80 percent of Poles, access to public transportation and proximity to stores and restaurants were essential factors.
