IoT usage in companies in Finland 2020, by industry
In 2020, 40 percent of companies in Finland used the Internet of Things (IoT) to control or manage devices and systems in their business operations. IoT was used in all the surveyed industry sectors, most commonly in administrative and support services, wholesale trade, and manufacturing. IoT usage was highest in administrative and support services, reaching 48 percent in 2020. The corresponding figure in construction was 27 percent.
