According to a survey carried out in Mexico in the end of March 2020, in view of the COVID-19 outbreak, consumers considered that the most important action to be undertaken by brands was to engage in environmental practices, option chosen by 43 percent of respondents. Other most mentioned demands included the social role of companies, and their support to communities and contribution to peoples' health.
