Opinion on preventing disinformation on social media UK 2020

During a survey conducted in the United Kingdom (UK) on May 1st, 2020, over half of respondents said that the UK Government should impose compulsory action on social media sites to prevent the spread of disinformation. This was followed by 33 percent of respondents saying that social media sites should take voluntary action to prevent the spread of disinformation on their platforms.
