Italy: sentiment towards the National Health Service 2018
This statistic depicts the result of a survey on the sentiment towards National Health Service in Italy in 2017. According to data, most of the respondents declared to be unsatisfied about the health system in Italy. Among them, 37.8 percent declared to feel anger about it because they were disappointed with long waiting lists and frequent occurrence of medical errors, while 26.8 percent were frustrated by the unfair correlation between resources allocated and quality of the services received. On the other hand, 17.3 percent of interviewee felt protected by the National Health Service and 11.3 percent of them declared to be proud of it.
