Share of U.S. adults supporting digital privacy protection bill 2023, by gender
As of January 2023, around six in ten adults in the United States stated that they would strongly support the enforcement of a "digital privacy bill of rights" by the U.S. Congress. Additionally, five percent of surveyed men said they would strongly oppose the initiative. The bill, dedicated to U.S. citizens' personal data and online privacy protection, is still in the negotiations phase.
